SATURN in AQUARIUS — PART 6 — 4/18/2021 ( LAST in this SERIES)

Good Afternoon, dear Friends and Readers, The post is the last in the Saturn in Aquarius series. I began with Aquarius rising and worked around the wheel…if you know your Ascendant (rising sign), then doing it this way gives more accuracy than a solar chart, which means you put the Sun on the Ascendant. That’s fine if you are born at dawn, your Sun WOULD be on the Ascendant…

We’re up to Aries now…If you have ARIES rising, the Saturn in Aquarius is transiting through your 11th house of friends and groups, or hopes and wishes for the future — the natural Aquarian house, so this transit is strong for Aries in a positive way. I have seen 3 different ways Saturn can behave in the 11th. Of course, being that there is a world crisis going on, the interpretations may be on line rather than in person. Depends on your situation…

Saturn in the 11th can mean you are working closely with groups of people in your career and may not have much leisure time for friends. It also can mean loneliness, not enough friends. Saturn here often means that you will volunteer, or be elected, or be appointed to serve a group of people. The 11th is labor unions, charitable groups, humanitarian groups, or less formal groups centered around hobbies, special interests, etc. If you are lonely, try a search on social media for whatever you are interested in, even if it’s oddball stuff — harp players, special breeds of pets, people working with leather, lace, herbs, restoring old bikes and/or motorcycles — you name it, it’s out there :)) I know people that have done this and ended up with happy friendships at a distance…

Aquarian transits are compatible with ARIES, there should be satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment. Neptune is in your 12th, suggesting you do some kind of spiritual practice every day. Doesn’t have to be a problem. Jupiter is either in your 11th or in your 12th by now — bringing spiritual understanding, growth and peace of mind. Not a problem. Uranus in Taurus in your 1st or 2nd can shake up old routines that have gotten stale. Aries is a sign more accustomed to challenge and change so Uranus should be reasonably OK. So, what IS the problem? I think it is Pluto which is forming a square to Aries, especially the last 10 degrees of Aries. Pluto in Capricorn is most likely in your 10th house of career. Government help may only delay the inevitable, you may need to train for work in another industry. There’s some kind of pressure here from Pluto, suggesting change and transformation in your career is going to be mandatory. For example, look what the pandemic did to the hospitality industry. It still hasn’t recovered…

You ARIES RISING people need to keep an eye on the other cardinal planets — be alert when the transits shift from Aries (now) to Cancer (summer), Libra (fall) and meet up with Pluto in Capricorn at the end of this year and early 2022. You may want to be more security conscious at those times. You may need to resist manipulative actions on the part of other people, or it could simply be government policies or laws that feel like a pain to deal with… It’s probably a good year to really study your chart. And think back over the lengthy Mars transit through Aries last year, culminating at 29 degrees Aries on January 6, 2021. ANY 29 degree is considered a critical degree…

All in all, I think Aries rising will have a pretty good year — just keep an eye on Pluto…

If you have PISCES RISING, them Saturn in AQUARIUS is most likely transiting through your 12th house of spiritual matters. If you have a later degree Pisces rising, then Saturn may still be in your 11th. Saturn takes 2 1/2 to 3 years to move through a whole sign or house. Saturn in the 12th, in ANY sign, can be a toughie. We often have to face our worst fears and work through them. If you can forgive the people who have wronged you, you may emerge from this transit immeasurably strengthened. You may need to do some short-term counselling. There’s EMDR for past trauma, and there are counselors that specialize — family dynamics, physical and emotional abuse, substance abuse, etc. Often, with Saturn in the 12th, it’s about loneliness and abandonment. And it can be hard to get any tea or sympathy from the people who you think SHOULD be there for you. That’s why I mentioned professionals.

When I had Saturn in my 12th, and I’m old enough that I’ve had it twice, it was certainly no picnic. I felt very alone. And I had to really look at myself and how the decisions I had made before had brought me to that point. Once Saturn moves into our 1st house, we can roll up our sleeves and get to work fixing what we discovered about ourselves when Saturn was in our 12th. The 12th is a hidden house — past lives, karma, secret sorrows, contracts we made while we were still in heaven — things we agreed to work on, and they often can involve hurtful experiences with other people. Both times, there were people in my life who were dishonest with me. It really hurt and I felt very betrayed. Soooo, what are you going to do? Feel like a victim? That just about guarantees it will happen again. I had to make myself get very tough and very strong and also be more skeptical of people to make sure I wasn’t attracting people with hidden agendas. I will never forget what I learned and it continues to help me… you can do that, too.

It’s so important to be honest with ourselves. And to be grateful for our blessings. And to plant seeds of kindness out in the world, WITHOUT drawing in the scammers.

This time in your life could be a wonderful new beginning spiritually. Meditation? Yoga? Journal-ling? Writing down your dreams? When people don’t like being alone, it’s called loneliness. When they do like it, it’s called solitude. Pisces make good card readers. Maybe this is the year you begin to really study a particular deck or system. If you want something more simple, try the I Ching or Runes.

Since Neptune is transiting through Pisces, you should allow a 2 to 3 degree orb on either side of your Ascendant for the Neptune conjunction. Neptune moves so slowly that this conjunction lasts 3 to 4 years. It’s a once in a lifetime transit. Neptune is the hardest planet to interpret. At least I think so…anyway, read everything you can to understand the spiritual unfoldment that is happening in your life. Eventually, both Jupiter (2022) and Saturn (in about 3 years) will conjoins your Ascendant, too. I’m watching the Pisces rising people in my life…more on this as it unfolds…

Meanwhile, take good care of your health, on all levels., Trust your instincts when consulting medical professionals. Consider getting second opinions, too. Don’t give up your authority over yourself…

Well, folks, that’s it for now…hope you enjoyed the series…best wishes, Jenae

Good Morning dear Readers and Friends, let’s continue with transiting Saturn through the Houses…

If you have GEMINI RISING, then Saturn is transiting in your 9th house of long distance matters, foreign contacts, licensing and certification, and religion and philosophy and higher ed that expand the mind. It’s Aquarius but it’s also the natural Sag house. Gemini rising means you have Sag on the cusp of your 7th house of marriage and partnerships.

Gemini rising people are versatile. They can manage 2 or 3 projects at a time and they need mental stimulation. Often they love to run around town, hitting all the hot spots. Gemini rules cars. The problem is a lot of the popular places where people congregate are still shut down. Both Jupiter and Saturn in your 9th are offering you friends and groups long distance, a chance to learn and grow through forums, online classes, meeting new people online, etc. Saturn in Aquarius makes a trine to the Gemini rising (Knowing your exact rising degree will help you know when this trine occurs because you may have it 3 times over the next couple years.) and the trine is considered lucky. You may have a chance to publish something you have written. You could meet someone online at a distance and the friendship deepens over time and turns to love. Lucky You !!

The only problem with Gemini energy is that they can get too busy and time management goes out the window. Yes, you’re a great multi-tasker, but more than 3 jobs or more than 3 projects and you’re going to get scattered. Saturn in trine can help you keep the big picture in mind and also help you map out a sensible time-frame to accomplish your goals. It’s also important to be on time with other people for the next couple years. Respect other peoples’ time.

Mars is transiting in Gemini right now till late April, so this is a positive time and you probably have lots of “get up and go power”… Mercury will be in Gemini early May to July 11, 2021 — Mercury goes retrograde 5/29 to 6/22. If you don’t know what that means, I will share it again. Mercury retrograde is a time where the illusion from the earth is that Mercury is going backwards in its orbit. It will be necessary to doublecheck all dates, times, appointments, phone numbers, meetings, paperwork, allow extra time to get to your destination, and keep an eye on ALL electrical appliances. Travel can be a hassle or be delayed. Doesn’t hurt to buy a new surge protector before 5/29/21 and if your car needs servicing, try to get it done before the retrograde.

I think this will be a good year for you but you need to be aware that MARS will RETROGRADE for a very long period, like 6 months, in GEMINI, next year 2022. Fine for proof-reading or re-tooling your career, but you may need to deal with some old issues before you can truly move forward. Gemini rules siblings, cousins, neighbors…

So…this year looks good but be aware that Neptune in Pisces can square your Ascendant if it is in the 3rd decanate (20 to 29 degrees Gemini). You’re going to have to dig a little deeper. Don’t assume that everyone is telling the truth. Be a little skeptical during the Mercury retrogrades because rumors abound and the whole story doesn’t get clarified until Mercury goes direct and forward again. People with a lot of mutable planets in their chart should always avoid gossip, rumor and innuendos.

If you have TAURUS RISING, then Saturn in Aquarius is transiting through your 10th house of career. Saturn rules this house in the natural wheel — the 10th is Capricorn. Sometimes the quickest way to learn how to be a good boss is to have a bad boss. The Aquarius energy is in square to Taurus, PLUS Uranus in Taurus is shaking things up !! Taurus prefers to have a smooth life and the last couple years have been anything BUT predictable and serene. Whether you like it or not, the Universe is asking you to become more flexible and adaptable. The square from Saturn seems to suggest there are some problems to learn from at work, or from authority figures in your life. Could even be a parent, depending on your age…

Squares are symbols for long-term problems that don’t resolve quickly, and squares also mean challenge, frustration and the need to make adjustments. Sometimes squares can symbolize very large projects that require hard work but bring very positive results. Nothing is quick with Saturn, but everything is fast with Uranus (the lightning bolt). These 2 are in square this year, exact 3 times. We had one 2/17/21, the next is 6/14 (Mercury retro, too), and the last square is 12/24/2021. These transiting squares may affect you personally, but they are big and affect the world. Guard your passwords and your bank account. AND your privacy. The first square seemed to be about hackers. The June square may show vulnerabilities with the electric grids. Texas was a warning. The weird weather is going to continue…

Since the Ascendant is the beginning of the 1st house, how we express ourselves to the outside world, Saturn may be saying you need to adjust your personality at work. I suppose Saturn here could mean the lack of a job or career. Usually, it means heavier responsibilities at work. For example, if you are promoted in house, then it changes the nature of your relationships with your former co-workers. This can be tricky to navigate. Read up on it.

It also could be adjusting to a new boss with a difficult personality. I knew a girl who had Saturn in her 10th and she liked her boss ok, but there were 75 emails in her box every morning and her boss expected an answer to every one of them. Kind of hard to get your real work done in that kind of environment.

Besides career, the 10th is our personal definition of success. It might be helpful for you to make a list of the goals or accomplishments that make you feel successful. Everyone’s definition is different…

People with Taurus rising have an eye for beauty. Gardening and landscaping are happy ways to work off nervous tension. There are other ways to find your inner peace, even if the outside world is challenging you. Shopping can get out of control with Taurus…they mistake physical possessions for financial security. Uranus is saying only invest in tools or gadgets that are practical this year, things that can help you with career. Add to your savings account on a regular basis. Try not to borrow money and do not loan it this year either. It’s OK if there’s an office pool and everyone chips in for a lottery ticket. It’s such a strange year that you could win. Who knows? Just don’t go overboard. I know some people who do that and it’s never more than $8 to $20/ per month. Good luck :))

That’s it for today…we’re almost done…2 more signs to go…Stay tuned…Jenae

Happy Equinox, everyone :)) Equinoxes and Solstices are always good times for card readings. There are many different decks that are helpful. Maybe I’ll write a post about them later, but today let’s continue with Saturn…

If you have LEO rising, then Saturn is moving through your 7th house of marriage and partnerships, and this includes any important one on one relationship. I have observed that people will either make a commitment or break up when either Saturn or Jupiter enter their 7th — it can go either way. Saturn can mean the heavy responsibilities don’t feel fair if one partner feels like they’re doing all the work, so they want out. Saturn can also symbolize longevity and attachment in a relationship, so the couple may even formalize their union by getting legally married, or signing business agreements if it’s a business partnership. Jupiter is also in Aquarius this year, and since Jupiter is the planet that symbolizes licenses and ceremonies and certifications, a couple may decided to deepen their commitment to each other. Since Jupiter is the planet of growth and expansion, the opposite happens when the person decides they need more space and freedom and a broader horizon. Put all this together and we can safely say that your transits are indicating that there is a huge emphasis on your most important relationships this year. It may not be easy but you’re going to learn alot…

When you add in the squares from transiting Uranus in Taurus, this creates a T-square that pushes a lot of energy toward Scorpio, most likely your 4th house of home and family. A lot of change and upheaval is possible this year. I know some people with Leo Suns with a fairly hefty amount of authority and responsibility and they are on the verge of major anger since the people in their lives are not cooperating for the good of the whole family, group, business, etc. Having Leo rising puts more emphasis on teamwork and friends and groups. People with the Aquarius in their 7th are attached to their friends. It is very important that friends are a positive influence on you and your partner and that you both like each other’s friends and group affiliations. If not, that’s where the trouble will erupt.

The next transiting square between Saturn and Uranus will be exact on June 14th. Best to be respectful, conduct yourself with dignity, and be fair about any division of assets. I would add that you may need to protect yourself if a partner is not being fair, but Leo rising people are not always objective. You may need some legal advice.

Looking for some positives in all this…if you have a partner and both of you have the ambition to accomplishment big projects, then this could be a stellar year for the two of you. By working together, you can support each other’s goals. It could be remodeling at home, or starting a business from home. If you are re-tooling your careers, then it may be studying and/or putting in hours for certification in your new field, which is still another version of working at home if you are taking on-line courses. It’s a good year to add a new stream of income…

If you have CANCER rising, then Saturn in Aquarius is moving through your 8th house of shared money, shared power, love, and intimacy. The 8th being a water house, is an emotional house, yet the Aquarian energy tends to be detached from emotions and mentally stimulated by new ideas. Jupiter here makes it easy to get a loan or increase credit, but Saturn in the 8th can mean someone who owes YOU is having trouble paying you back. Don’t over-extend and try not to loan money or stuff to people this year, no matter how much you love them. Continuing the shared money theme, be meticulous about taxes and insurance. It is actually a great year to make long-term investments that will pay off in retirement or old age. If you are a young person, time is on your side and you can invest in all the newest ideas like alternative energy, robotics, computers, medical breakthroughs and bio-chemistry, etc. — because that longer time frame works for you. Older people will need to be more cautious.

Cancer energy is known for collections of objects that are dear to them. Sure, it could be baseball cards, but it could also be art, old tools, toys, anything historical that interests you. With the 8th house, you might be buying or appraising and selling instead. It could go either way. If you have an expensive collection, then you need to insure it. Probably a good idea to review all your insurance policies…

Looking at the emotion and passion of the 8th house, you may be doing a lot of reading or studying about sex and emotional intimacy. There could be medical reasons, or just preparing for a child who is reaching puberty. Pornography and bondage games come to mind, as do crime novels. Sometimes people taking strong 8th house transits want to explore the dark side. Sometimes they are just hungry for a deeper, more fulfilling experience. There are counselors available who specialize in sex and intimacy. Some of you will be fortunate to have dear friends you can talk to about this stuff. Just PLEASE be careful about letting new partners into your life. Check them out, hire a PI if you feel the need or run a background check. Maybe I’ve been reading too much news but it seems like crime and deception is on the rise. I personally think there is a huge mental health crisis in this country, partly due to the pandemic. People are going off the deep end !! Life on the wild side can be exciting but can also leave you with lifelong trauma and scars…

I’ve been seeing a lot of clients lately with their Nodes in the 8th house in the later degrees of Capricorn. At the end of this year, there will be a lot of energy in the 8th — Pluto, Venus, Mars, and even Mercury partly, plus the Sun and Moon during various times. I think this may have to do with how wisely and fairly these people handle their power and authority. The 8th house at its best is the defender of the weak and helpless, and makes wise and careful decisions that benefit all concerned. It doesn’t matter what sign you have on your 8th — there’s still a Scorpio flavor. I think Pope Francis says it best — the more power someone has, the more responsible and humble they need to be…compare and contrast that statement with the exposure of greed and corruption going on in the world…some people still don’t get it. We’re going to continue to have BIG problems until each person realizes that what one person does affects the whole planet. WE ALL have the power to choose how we will conduct our lives. That’s the 8th house…

More manana, stay tuned…Namaste, Jenae
